On the Home Page you can see a breakdown of project information including planned activities, teams, statuses and clashes.

1. Look Ahead

The Look Ahead Buttons define the date range for which your homepage will display project data.

2. Project Snapshot

At the top of your Homepage is a Snapshot of Project Information, this includes;

  • Upcoming Activities - the number of upcoming planned activities out of the total number of planned activities.

  • Contractors on Site - the number of contractors on site out of the total number of project contractors.

  • Active Users - the number of users with activities.

  • Unresolved Clashes - the number of clashes that have been unresolved.

  • Unresolved Statuses - the number of days of work that haven't been assigned a status.

3. Activities Per Day Graph

The Activities Per Day Graph indicates the daily number of planned activities broken down by user.

Hover your mouse over the graph to view the number of activities planned for each user.

4. Clash Table

The Clash Table offers a detailed breakdown of unresolved and non-conflicting clashes indicating the users, activities and location of the clashes.

To view and address these clashes on the Gantt's Clash Detector, click View in Gantt.

The Clash Chart shows the percentage breakdown of clashes by user.
